What meals are included in the price?
The base price includes full board, buffet meals, and à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main dining room (MDR).

Before Booking
Is our drink package valid upon boarding?
After boarding, you can use and consume anything on the ship without hesitation, including food and drinks.
When will our luggage arrive at the cabin?
It varies; sometimes it’s already there when you reach the cabin, but other times it might take hours. It’s a good idea to pack essentials like a phone charger or swimwear in your carry-on for use on boarding day.
How long before the trip can I add extra services to my booking?
At least 8 days before the cruise departure.
What is the 'emergency contact' during check-in?
The cruise line requires a name and phone number for someone to contact in case of emergency. This person should not be traveling with you.
Can excursions be booked after the initial booking?
Yes, we can email you the list of available excursions upon request. Simply send us the excursion code, and we will add it to your booking. Even if the excursion appears fully booked on the app, let us know, and we’ll try to reserve it for you!
Is there an app available for every ship?
For most ships, yes, but currently the app is not available for the following ships:
- MSC Armonia
- MSC Lirica
- MSC Opera
- MSC Orchestra
- MSC Preziosa
- MSC Sinfonia.
How accurate are the departure/arrival times?
On the day of check-in, you should arrive at least 3 hours before the ship's departure. You generally need to return to the ship from excursions at least 1 hour before departure. Always check the latest boarding time before disembarking!
Can I find out the approximate location of my cabin?
Your cabin number will be available on the boarding pass and in the app.
Can I add extra services through the app?
For most cruise lines, yes, but if you’re traveling with MSC, it’s better to email us at ahoy@clickncruise.hu.
Can I bring an iron on board?
No, not even a steamer, as they pose a fire hazard. However, you can use the ship’s laundry services or bring a fabric refresher spray to smooth out your clothes.
Is there a transfer to the port?
Most of the time, yes. Please email us to inquire about the options.
