What to Do in a Day in Cozumel

On the island, explore the San Gervasio archaeological site, rent a scooter along the coastal road, or browse the shops in downtown San Miguel.

CZM ~4 km from Punta Langosta and ~7 km from Puerta Maya / International Pier. There's no public bus from the airport — only taxis and pre-booked shuttles. Zone-regulated taxi fares are ~$15–20 USD each way.

San Miguel de Cozumel

Punta Langosta is in downtown San Miguel — the main square is a 5-min walk. Puerta Maya and International Pier are ~5 km south of San Miguel; taxis to downtown are ~$8–12 (10 min), with no scheduled bus. Walking from Puerta Maya/International into town is not recommended (no sidewalks for stretches).
