Nassau, Bahamas

Nassau, Bahamas

Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas, blends colonial British charm with Caribbean energy. Its pastel-coloured buildings, straw market, and proximity to Paradise Island make it one of the busiest cruise ports in the Caribbean.

What to Do in a Day in Nassau

Walk from the cruise port along Bay Street to explore the pastel colonial buildings and the famous Straw Market. Climb the Queen's Staircase to Fort Fincastle for panoramic views. Cross the bridge to Paradise Island to visit Atlantis resort's open-air marine habitat (free to view). For beach time, head to Junkanoo Beach, just a short walk west of the port.

The tours below are not organised by the cruise lines. Bookings are made directly with GetYourGuide and you are responsible for getting back to the ship on time. If you prefer the cruise line's guarantee, contact our travel advisors after booking.
