SJU is ~13 km from the Old San Juan piers (~15–20 min drive). Flat-rate taxis ~$25–30. There's no direct AMA bus to the cruise piers; the T5 links SJU to Old San Juan via Sagrado Corazón Tren Urbano station with multiple transfers.
Old San Juan (Plaza de Armas)
The Old San Juan piers are within Old San Juan itself — Plaza de la Marina and Calle Fortaleza are 2–5 min walking. Castillo San Felipe del Morro is a flat 15–20 min walk along Paseo de la Princesa and the city walls.
