The best part: According to my children everything was great, they couldn't put it in any order. For me the route was the deciding factor and I wasn't disappointed.
Could be better: I would have spread the buffet dinner out more across the space. Out of the many counters there was almost never a moment when all of them were open at once (or we just didn't go at the right time). Because of that people bunched up in the central area. The daily special was nearly the same every day. But I'm only writing these so as to answer the question, and because there is always something that can be done better.
